Highly recommended!

With one at Newport house we had a wonderful experience with excellent assistance from the front desk morning and night. Beds were the most comfortable we had on whole Mexican visit. Clothes Washing facilities in room to catch up on holidays washing was a big bonus. Lovely rooftop pool. Special mention to Jackie and the day time receptionists who were amazing with great reccomends. Good spot for evening dining too.

Perfect

This was a great place to stay close to busy areas but still quiet , the hotel was very clean and pleasant we loved the rooftop pool . Viennay was especially helpful going out of her way for us . Breakfast is good too in a cafe around the corner.

Amazing place!

By far the best room we had in a 3 month trip. Comfortable, clean, homey - we extended our stay, and plan to come back! Staff was incredibly helpful and nice, location was good - would definitely come again.

Very nice

My boyfriend and I took our first big trip together, we went to Playa Del Carmen and stayed at Newport. It was feet from the moment we got there the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The room was amazing and very comfortable. Loved it would definitely go back!

Loved the Vibe

This beautifully decorated boutique hotel was amazing!! The service and location was perfect, I loved the raining shower head, my favorite!! The layout was nice and conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. The beach was a quick ten minute walk. Highly recommend this hotel!
